The Arab Contractors Company, with funding from the Long Live Egypt Fund, had the lead in developing the first random area of private property in the Al-Assal area in Shubra, which is one of the largest unplanned areas in Cairo Governorate. This was done by signing a cooperation agreement between the Fund and Cairo Governorate, and the company demolished and rebuilt homes and commercial units, raising the efficiency of infrastructure networks, paving and lighting internal roads, and establishing a civilized market.
