The project consists of constructing a road with a length of9,650 meters and a width of 30 meters on a central island of 5.5 metres. Itconsists of earthworks of backfilling, excavation, an auxiliary base layer witha thickness of 30 cm, a foundation layer with a thickness of 25 cm, an asphaltbond layer with a thickness of 7 cm, and a surface polymeric asphalt layer witha thickness of 5 cm. Besides, there are traffic planning works for the road, signsand barriers, as well as some industrial works (rain drainage chambers -concrete pipe runners for canals intersecting with the road) and including 3bridges.
