Project Description:
-The hospital capacity is 1,200 beds.
-The main building: 47000m² - 2 basements - ground floor – 12 storey.
-The dental building: 5000m² - a basement, ground floor - first floor.
-The staff and doctors’ residency spots: 2000m² - ground floor – 3 storey.
-The services and power building.
-The laundry.
-Engineering workshop.
-Medical gas building.
-Ground water tank.
-A multi-storey garage: 3-storey underground, its capacity is 7000 cars.
-Site works: roads - parking - greenery – pavements – fences – gates.
-The hospital will be built on a 225,000 m².
-Project serving facilities: 90 electrical and hydraulic elevators – 40 generators (2700 KVA).
