The project owner: Ministry of Public Works in Kuwait
Designer: The International American Office (SOM) Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP with Kuwaiti Gulf Consulting Office.
The project area is 309000 m2 at Mubarakiya outside Kuwait city, next to the existing police academy, the total area of the first floor is about 70 000m2 while the ceil covered area is about 160 000m2 of area The total Site.
The project includes educational buildings, Hostel blocks, shooting places, food courts, gymnasium, open play grounds for Tennis and Volley ball, mosque, library, listening halls as well as landscape works, road works, green areas, sidewalks, parking, high and ground reservoirs, fences, gates and military display field of approximately 240000m2.
the project include finishing works in addition to the electromechanical works.
