Complete rehabilitation of the existing burnt structure which consist of steel roof trusses and aluminium roof covering, felting of concrete roof, internal wall plastered and painted in quality paint, external wall finished with granite tiles, central air-conditioning, furniture won, aluminium curtain walls and windows, quality purpose made door, bore hole and water treatment plant, asphalt work to external drive ways and external electrification.
Completion Date : March 2007.
