The project was built on a total area of about 19000 m2 and the buildings’ total area is about 4000 m2. The project consists of 2 typical towers, each one of them has 7 floors and a ground floor. There is a crossover linking the 2 towers from the fifth floor. The building includes 146 administrative offices and 4 conference rooms ranging in capacity from 1000 to 350 to 250 people. It also includes a number of service buildings and is equipped with the latest lighting, alarm, fire, and central air conditioning systems.
