Taba / Nuweiba Road is 60km length. It is contributing in the revival of the trading and touristic movement; increase the cargo movement to and from Maritime Nuweiba Port and it is the linkage between South Sinai Governorate and Taba Land Port.
The Arab Contractors Company carried out the covering and the sustaining works of Taba / Nuweiba Road through the following works: removal of the old asphalt layers along the road, rehabilitation and increasing the length of the epididymis and constructing of Irish crossways for the flood water towards the sea side, removal and curving of the rocks on the roads sides to widen it. After the implementation of the asphalt layers, protecting concrete and cement borders were constructed on the road's sides for its protection. Its execution period is 24 months with a total cost 75 million EGP.
