The project includes increasing the road width to 6 traffic lanes 45m, instead of four lanes , with a total length of 3.5 km, including all new asphalt concrete works, renewing and upgrading the underground utilities (gas, electric , storm drains and traffic signals networks ) , side walks and pedestrian tunnels. in addition to shore protection activities the upgrading and decorating of Alexandria famous squares.
