the factory is built on an area of 20,000 m2, and it includes a production building with an area of 11,300 m2, 2 warehouse buildings with an area of 4,300 m2, 2 buildings for utilities with a total area of 4,000 m2, an administrative building 3,000 m2, and a mosque with an area of 2,200 m2, in addition to service buildings, road work, utilities, the general site, fuel tanks, firefighting, potable water, and a chemical treatment plant. The contract also includes the design, supply, and execution of all construction work for the factory, which occupies part of the city for the production of medicines, vital products, and vaccines in Medina to cover the needs of the Saudi market besides exporting to the European Union, the United States of America, Arab and African countries.
