The project aims to facilitate traffic movement and reduce travel time in Jeddah. It was completed within 18 months using the latest bridge construction systems at a total cost of 92 million Saudi riyals. It consists of a bridge with two separate directions at the intersection of Prince Majid Road and Bani Malik Street, with a length of 700 meters and a width of 18 meters in each direction (3 traffic lanes in each direction + sidewalks). The project work included civil works related to foundation, separate reinforced concrete piles and bases, columns, beams, and precast slabs, in addition to utility works, asphalt, lighting, agriculture, irrigation, afforestation, and rain drainage works.
