The Project Manager declared that the project is built upon 12 thousand m?; it is including 6 floors comprising 200 rooms, 24 suites, restaurants, swimming pools , SPA built upon 3000m?, services area, Parking accommodates 200 car.  He pointed out that the foundation works is completed and the ceiling works for the ground floor is ongoing.
