The New Headquarter was built on plot No. 90/91 - B1, 6th of October, with an area of ??6300 m2 + (2500 m2 added parking area), and its cost reached LE 200 million.
- It consists of a basement (office garage) + ground floor + 4 typical floors with an area of ??2000m2 for each floor + roof + power station.
Implementation of concrete works and finishing work, including (buildings - paints - ceramic works - marble and granite - drop ceilings - wooden cladding - glass bricks - metal works – fire resistant doors - partitions for bathrooms - aluminum works - wall curtains - gypsum claddings - cement boards - signs — landscaping)
Electromechanical works, including:
- 2 transformers with 2 MVA capacity, an electric generation unit, water supply pumps, and solar heaters
- 8 elevators with different loads, air conditioning, light current systems (cameras - fire alarms - audios central satellite).
- A set of water extinguishing and clean gas extinguishing systems.
- Carbon Dioxide extinguishing systems for electricity chamber.
- Foam extinguishing systems for the generator chamber and pumps, in addition to the implementation of sanitary works in the building.
