Construction, completion and maintenance of Works and training the Employer’s personnel in maintenance and operation.
The project consist of off shore works [Main breakwater with approx. total length 1300m, 1,060,000 ton rock materials, 300 000m3 dredging, 470 000m3 reclamation and sand fill, Jetties, Quays and Pantone approx. total area 27 300m2).
And on shore works (administrative buildings, workshops, stores, services blocks, indoor gymnasium. Swimming pool, etc.) the works also include complete installation of engineering services, roads, parking areas, paving, landscaping, fencing with observation towers, irrigation water tank, ground and elevated water tanks, water supply system, firefighting system, storm water drainage and sewage system, fuel storage tank and supply networks black steel pipes external services and security system.
The existing site area is 40000 m2 with developed harbor area of 200000 m2. The total on shore area after reclama on of 150000 m2.
