Its covering area is 200 m. It is including a basement, ground floor, 4 floors, a floor for theater operations. Its total cost is 19 million EGP: 12 million EGP for civil works, 2 million EGP for electrical works & 4 million EGP for electro-mechanical works: gas networks, sterilization, kitchen, laundry, air-condition, crematory, audios, cameras & elevators). Besides; adjoining works with a total value 1 million EGP, including a clinic for students, classroom & theater.
