Installing of approximately 18 km of 48" (1219mm) steel pressure water pipelines with working pressure of 40 bars divided into [Steel 37 class 1 with thick of 11mm according to the German standards DIN 2460] and [Steel 52 class 2 with thick of 11mm according to the German standards DIN 2460 and DIN 1626].
The pipes are protected from inside by Epoxy according to the American standards AWWA C210-97 and external protection by three layers of polyethylene coating according to German standards DIN 3067 and laid with welded joints. The project includes all the necessary fittings, valve chambers, air valve chambers manholes, flow Valves, Surge tower reservoir for reducing the pressure.
In addition, the project includes water tank with height of 14m and steel pipelines with diameter of 1500mm and 680m length protected from inside by cement mortar
