As part of the Arab Contractors Company's ongoing commitment to developing its workforce and enhancing leadership capabilities, and with the continued support of Eng. Ahmed El Assar – the Chairman of the Arab Contractors, the graduation ceremony of the first and second group of participants in the Integrated Project Management for Senior Managers was held in collaboration with the American University in Cairo (AUC). During the ceremony, Eng. Mohamed Elwi – AC Board Member delivered a speech emphasizing that completing the program represents a true beginning for applying the acquired knowledge and experience, transforming it into tangible achievements on the ground. Participants were selected according to clear and specific criteria, based on a targeted age group and job level, ensuring the program's objectives are met and preparing qualified personnel capable of assuming greater responsibilities and leading projects efficiently and effectively. The ceremony was attended by Eng. Sherif Hamdy – Manager of the Institute for Construction Engineering and Management Technologies; and from AUC, Professor Dr. Lotfy Jaafar - Dean of the School of Sciences and Engineering, and Dr. Samer Ezz El Din - Professor of Construction Engineering at the university. The event concluded with the presentation of graduation certificates to the participants and the taking of a group photo, in a festive atmosphere that reflected the company’s interest in human capital and building a generation of leaders capable of leading the future of projects with efficiency and excellence.
