As part of the Egyptian state’s plan to develop and modernize judicial bodies and authorities, the State Lawsuits Authority witnessed today, Saturday, the inauguration of its new headquarters in New Cairo, specifically in the First Settlement, in a major official ceremony attended by high-level senior state officials and judicial and executive leaders. The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of Counselor Dr. Hussein Madkour - President of the State Lawsuits Authority, and in the presence of a high-level audience including His Excellency Counselor Mahmoud El Sherif - Minister of Justice, Counselor Mohamed Shawky - Attorney General, Dr. Ibrahim Saber – Cairo Governor, Counselor Mohamed Amer - Vice President of the State Lawsuits Authority and Secretary General, Eng. Hassan Mustafa – Senior Vice Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, along with a number of senior officials from the Authority, the Ministry of Justice, and the Public Prosecution. Also present from the Arab Contractors Company were: Eng. Mohamed Elwi - AC Board Member, Eng. Sherif Desouky - Head of Greater Cairo Sector and Executive Board Member, Eng. Mohamed Khedr - Executive Board Member, Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim Bayoumi - Head of Helwan, Cairo and Nasr City Sector, Eng. Ahmed Ziada - Cairo Branch Manager, Eng. Walid Fayyad - Deputy Manager of Cairo Branch and Supervisor of Lawsuits Authority Projects, and Eng. Mohannad Sobhi - Projects Manager. The new headquarters is located in New Cairo, and its opening comes as part of a comprehensive plan aimed at modernizing the Authority’s headquarters and providing a sophisticated work environment that keeps pace with the requirements of modern judicial work, which contributes to raising the efficiency of performance and accelerating the completion of cases. This advanced judicial complex is a qualitative step towards enhancing digital transformation within the Authority, as it has been equipped with the latest technological systems and digital infrastructure, which supports the speed of exchanging procedures and enhances integration between different judicial bodies, in order to achieve effective justice. The opening of the new headquarters also represents an extension of the long-standing journey of the Authority, which continues to play its national role in safeguarding public funds and consolidating the rule of law, through a modern vision that combines accumulated judicial experience with continuous institutional development. The opening events concluded with the signing ceremony of a protocol between the State Lawsuits Authority and the Arab Contractors Company, to establish a new building for the Authority in Hadayek October, as well as the Marine Club for State Lawsuits Authority counsellors in Alexandria, within the framework of the expansion and development plan implemented by the State Lawsuits Authority, in a manner befitting the history of the oldest and most prestigious judicial bodies and authorities.
