As part of its strategy for digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making, the Arab Contractors Company launched a strategic project to automate technical and financial procedures and processes within the company, in collaboration with Raya International Services and Oracle Consulting. The project launch ceremony was attended by Eng. Dina Mohamed Adel Fathy – Board Member of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Abeer Gamal – Manager of Top Management Information Center, and officials from the Main Information Center. The ceremony was also attended by Eng. Hesham Abdel Rasoul - CEO of Raya, Eng. Mohamed Naim - General Manager of Raya International Services, Mr. Tamer Gamal - Manager of Technology Department, and Mr. Tarek Abu Ali – Manager of Technical Consulting Services Programs for Africa, representing Oracle. The project aims to develop and integrate internal processes through a unified system using modern Oracle technologies. This will contribute to increasing operational efficiency, facilitating decision-making, supporting resource planning, and achieving better integration between departments. The event included a detailed presentation of the roadmap, which covers current situation analysis, solution design, system implementation, full operation, and staff training. This included training software developers on development and integration tools within the new system, as well as training end users on how to use the system efficiently in daily operations. This project represents a qualitative leap in the Arab Contractors Company’s path to complete digital transformation. It aims to build a unified system based on the latest Oracle technologies, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decisions. All parties emphasized the importance of this cooperation in implementing this project between the Arab Contractors Company, as the largest contracting company, Raya, and Oracle, and that fruitful cooperation is the key to success in achieving the desired goals.
