Eng. Ahmed El Assar - Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, received Mr. Mohamed Mbae - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Comoros, to discuss ways of joint cooperation and discuss opening new horizons for cooperation in light of the distinguished relations between Egypt and Comoros.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador Atta Allah Effendi - Ambassador of Comoros Comoros to Cairo, Eng. Hassan Mustafa - Vice Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, and Eng. Ahmed El Adalany – AC Board Member.
During the meeting, Eng. Ahmed El Assar welcomed the distinguished guest, expressing his happiness with his visit to the company and the presence of the Arab Contractors Company in Comoros, and stressed the company’s great interest in joint cooperation.
For his part, Mr. Mohamed Mbae expressed his admiration of the company's projects in Egypt and the African continent, emphasizing his country's full welcome to increasing opportunities for cooperation to spread development.
It is worth mentioning that the Arab Contractors Company is currently implementing the construction project of Moheli Port in Comoros, at a cost of 60 million EUR, and it consists of a sea pier for goods with a piling up yard, another floating pier for passengers with a breakwater, and administrative buildings. Besides, the Arab Contractors Company is implementing Osio Road project in the capital Moroni, and coastal protection projects for the islands of Moroni, Moheli and Anjouan.
