Minister of Housing inspects the projects in New Mansoura

Dr. Assem El Gazar –Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities inspected various projects in New Mansoura City. He was accompanied by Eng. Khaled Abbass - Deputy Minister of Housing for the national projects, Eng. Abdel Motaleb Mamdouh - Vice Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority and Dr. Abdel Khalek Ibrahim - Assistant Minister of Housing, Eng. Kamal Bahgat - Assistant Vice Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority, Eng. Yasser Abdel Halim - Head of New Mansoura Authority, Eng. Ahmed El Assar – Senior Vice Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Hossam El Din El Reefy – Board Member, Eng. Mohamed El Shehaby – Head of Delta Sector, Eng. Essam Abdel Khalek – Manager of North Delta Branch, Eng. Ashraf Ezzat – Branch Manager of East and Middle Delta and Eng. Sayed El Shahat - Project Manager. It is noteworthy that the Arab Contractors Company is carrying out the 1st phase of the Corniche of New Mansoura City with a 4.2km length. It includes a walkway, cafeteria, pergolas, seats, bicycle track, playgrounds, reading and internet areas and kids area. Besides, the implementation of 53 classic villas, 124 modern villas, the building of International Law Faculty built upon 6000m2, the faculties of engineering, computers and information technology and the wall for New Mansoura University with 3.8km length. In addition to these, AC accomplished 52 buildings of Dar Misr Housing, the utilities and roads on 1000 feddans, which includes (water -wastewater-flood drainage-irrigation-firefighting). Moreover, the company works comprises the construction of wastewater purification plant built upon 47 feddans, with total capacity 120.000m3/day. The capacity of the first phase is 30.000m3. Besides, the landscaping works between the international road and the city with a width of 100 m and a length of 4,200 m, in addition to the sub-irrigation network for 1,000 feddans in the city.
