Eng. Sayed Farouk – CEO and President of the Arab Contractors Company was in inspection visit to Factories and Central Workshops Department in Shoubra to follow up the manufacturing of the metro shed for Adly Mansour interchange station. Eng. Sayed met with the project leaders and reported about the shed manufacturing and the time schedule of the project. Then, he moved to review the manufacturing process. The shed consists of (12) longitudinal axis and (5) transverse axis with a total weight of 2300 tons. Its total area is 24,000m, a length of 198 m and a width of 141m at an altitude of 24m. During the visit, the Chairman called for a review of the work, accuracy and conducting studies at all stages of on-site manufacturing and installation. He thanked the work leaders and workers.
