Eng. Mohsen Salah inspects the Oases Road Project

Eng. Mohsen Salah – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company inspected the project of the Oases Road to follow up the work progress, discuss all the details and the time schedule related to the execution. They were accompanied by Eng. Tarek Sakr and Eng. Ahmed El Assar – AC Board Members, Eng. Hassan Moustafa – Head of Bridges and Specialized Structures Sector, Eng. Tarek Khedr – Head of Construction and Specialized Works Sector, Eng. Ihab Gamal – Manager of Project Management, Eng. Reda Khedr – Supervisor of El Wahat Bridges, Eng. Yasser Abdel Aal - Manager of the Upper Egypt Roads and Eng. Aly Abdel Samd - Manager of Civil Works Department. It is noteworthy that the project objective is to develop the main axes to 6 October City, it is divided into 3 main sections and the Arab Contractors Company will implement the second sections through the Development Authority of 6th October City. The project includes the construction of the service road on both sides of Oases Road; it is 30km length and 15m width. The U-turn bridges no. 3 and 6 on Oases Road and bridge no. 18 over the railway are completed. The work is ongoing in intersection no. 2 which includes the construction of 6 bridges to cancel the intersection in the Oasis turntable. Intersection no. 2 has 2 bridges perpendicular to two levels: one of them on Dahshour Southern Road to link the Middle Ring Road of 6 October with Rod El Farag Axis, It serves the traffic of cars in the customs area in the industrial zone; and the other on Oases Road to transfer it into free road (Fayoum-Oases) consequently it will ease the traffic to Oases Road. Besides, the construction of a square on the Oases turntable to facilitate the U-turn and solve the intersection problem between Dahshour Road and Oases Road. The concrete works of the higher bridge in Oases Road / Fayoum is completed, the lighting works were installed and the paving works is ongoing. The works begins in the implementation of the higher bridge no. 8, a tunnel in the intersection of the Ring Road with Oases Road, the pilling works and the construction of Pedestrians bridges will begin.
