Within His Tour in Dakahlia; The Prime Minister Inspecting the Touristic Walkway in New Mansoura City

Within his tour to follow up the development projects in Dakahlia, Prime Minister – Dr. Moustafa Madbouli visited the touristic walkway in New Mansoura City. He praised the ongoing works in the walkway. Delta Sector completer the works of the 1st phase with a total length 800m. The Prime Minister listened to an explanation about the remained housing projects and the university in Mansoura. The Arab Contractors Company is executing 52 residential buildings in Dar Misr Project, construction of 3 mega medical centers in the university including the specialties of gynecology, neurology and orthopedics. The Prime Minister accompanied by the ministers of local development, education, health; the Governorate of Dakahlia, Eng. Mohammed Ragab – Head of New Damietta & Mansoura Authority, Eng. Mohsen Salah – Chairman & CEO of the Arab Contractors, Eng. Emam Afify – AC Vice Chairman, Eng. Hossam El Reefy – AC Board Member, Eng. Mofida Allam - AC Consultant for Roads Projects and Supervisor of the Laboratories Sector, Eng. Ramzy Moustafa – Manager of North Delta Branch and Eng. Ahmed Abdel Qader – Manager of East & Middle Delta Branch. It is a noteworthy that the Arab Contractors Company is carrying out the construction works of 124 villas out of 1200 villas and its concrete structure is under construction in New Mansoura City. The construction of 5 cafeterias and higher walkways is ongoing and the higher walkways of the Corniche. The Corniche is including (pedestrian walkway – cafeterias – sun shades – seats – bicycle lane – playgrounds – areas for reading and internet and kids area…etc.). Besides, the implementation of the soil investigation works for the execution of 12 towers out of 30 towers which will be executed in New Mansoura City. The Arab Contractors Company is carrying out 6 towers out of them. The soil investigation works for the university's different buildings were implemented. Currently, the building of the university's fencing is ongoing, the roads planning for the 1st phase of the city were implemented; the completion rate reached 50% for the roads works with total length 44km. the general landscape for the wastewater network, water and irrigation networks and drainage networks were approved. The utilities works for the Easter part of the 1st phase covered 1000 feddans was awarded to the Arab Contractors Company with an estimated value 1.06 billion EGP.
