Gen. Hassan Abdel Shafy – Managing Director of the Military Engineers Department and Eng. Mohsen Salah visited Al Jalalah Tourist Resort. Eng. Sayed Shendy – Head of Greater Cairo Sector declared that the project is built upon 30 feddans, it includes a 5-star hotel built upon 10 thousands m2 and consisting of a ground floor, a basement, 4 typical floors, 257 rooms, 34 suites, 4 restaurants,multi-use hall and 15 public areas for multiple uses. Besides, the project includes the construction of a swimming pool, a dancing fountain and parking areas which accommodates 400 cars. In addition to these, the project works comprising the construction of 13 villas, 300 m for each one which including 2 chalets. Besides, the construction of 144 chalets which its space varied from 160 m to 210 m and 2 swimming pool for adult and children; services building (for the central air-conditioning)built upon 400 m containing a basement, a ground floors and First floor. It is noteworthy that 3500 workers are participating in the execution of this project from the departments of the civil works, sanitation, finishing, electromechanical works,tunneling, execution quality support, engineering consultancy and Cairo and Nasr City branches. The total of the finishing works is about 825 million EGP.
