Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman visited Al-Jalalah Tourist
Resort and held a meeting with the leaders of the project to follow up the work
progress and achievement ratio. The project is under the supervision of the
Engineering Authority for the Armed Forces. The project scope of work is as the
followings: 5-star hotel which overlooking the Red Sea with a total area 9150m?,
a ground floor, a basement, 4 typical floors, 266 rooms, 24 suites, 4
restaurants, multi-use hall and 15 public areas for multiple uses. Besides, the
project includes the construction of a swimming pool, a dancing fountain and
parking areas which accommodates 400 cars. In addition to these, the project
comprising the construction of 26 villas, (13 blocks) First ground floor 300m?;
72 chalets (3 blocks – 24 chalets/block) Second ground floor 1180m?; 48 chalets
(12 blocks – 4 chalets/block) First ground floor 433m?; the construction of 2
swimming pool for adult and children; services building built upon 400m
containing a basement, a ground floors and First floor.
