Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman and Brigade General Hassan Abdel Shafy – Head of the Military Engineers Department toured the Coastal Hotel in El Galala. It is noteworthy that theproject is built upon 300 feddans including 5 stars hotel on 10 thousands m? consisting of a basement, ground floor, 4typical floors with a total area 35 thousands m? including 257 rooms, 34 suites,4 restaurants and multi-usage hall. In addition to these, the project includesthe construction of a swimming pool built upon 400m, dancing fountain in frontof the hotel, parking for 400 cars, the villas area includes 13 villas builtupon 300m for each one. Each villa has 2 chalets in addition to theconstruction of 144 chalets (160m-210m for each), there are 2 swimming pool forthe adult and children. Besides, there is a services building (for theair-conditioning) built upon 400m including a basement, a ground floor and theFirst floor. Thus, more than 3500 workers exhorting their best efforts toaccomplish this mega project, resembling the following departments of the ArabContractors Company: Civil Works Department – Sanitary and Finishing Works – Electromechanical– Tunnels – Construction Quality Support - Engineering Consultancy – Nasr City Branch –Cairo Branch.
