Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities thanked and praised the exhort efforts by the Arab Contractors company workers in the project of the New Administrative Capital. He pointed out that the housing district is built upon about 1000 feddans nearby the same space of El Rehab City. The Minister stated that there is a daily follow up from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for the work amount, so it is a necessity to double the effort and work duration to accomplish the project on time. He added that within the coming period there will be announcement about new work and the priority will be given to the serious companies. Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman stated that the AC as a national company supervised by the Ministry of Housing will be the leader of the serious companies which will execute the required works according to the highest quality and on a record time.
It is noteworthy that the AC executing the utilities for 550 feddans, roads for 1.3 million m?, housing in the governmental district. Concerning the residential district: 1500 using units were executed with varied spaces 110m-180m. more than 7 branches for the AC, 3000 workers (engineers-technicians) and 250 equipment distributed on groups that works for 24 hours on this national project to be implemented on time.
