On Thursday 11th March 2010 in the headquarter of the Ministry of Public Works , Sheikh Ahmed Al-Fahad - Deputy Minister for Economic Affairs, Minister of State for Development Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Dr. Fadhil Safar The Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipality Affairs and Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab, President and CEO of the Arab Contractors Company signed the contract for the construction of roads, upper corridors, sewage, rainwater drain and other services for Al-Jahra road in Kuwait with a total value KD 265 million. The execution period will be 1825 days.
