The project's beneficiary is the Ugandian Ministry of Health with a cost exceeding 22 million US$. It is including the civil and electromechanical works. The hospital is consisting of the following: 8 floors building on a total area of 26000 m² - 450 beds -  11 operation rooms - a section of microscopic injection equipped with operating room - intensive care (40 beds)- recovery rooms (25 bed) - incubators  (50 beds) - tumors (80 beds) – high risk maternity (170 beds)- emergency – laboratories- blood bank – morgue- radiation – examination – physiotherapy - free department - investment department - VIP department – kitchen - restaurant and laundry.
