Production Capacity: 30 Manholes / Day.
The Factory including the followings:
Batching plant 55m³/day for semi-dry concrete production
ouring machine for manholes and pipes
Metal moulds for manholes and pipes components, including a group of vibrators.
The Advantages of the manhole production line
High production rates 15 manholes / night shift (8 hours)
High quality surface finishing
Manufacturing is according to the American standards and the Egyptian code.
Manholes Components
A circular base slab 1200mm internal diameter and 900mm high
Risers with different height 1200, 900, 600, 300mm
Flat or conical covers upon client request
Productions under study
Moulds for circular manholes 80, 100, 150cm diameters on the production line.
Moulds for circular manholes 300cm diameters.
Moulds for square manholes 300cm diameter
