The project is located on Cairo-Belbais road. The project consists of the construction of the main building together with its services. These services include the control rooms, the power station, the water tank, the water purification station, an administrative building, maintenance workshop, stores and the laboratory. The factory produces rolled steel over two production lines; hot and cold.
