The Arab Contractors Company played a distinguished role in the construction of Al Badri Mosque in Benghazi, which was originally established in 1969. It was among the first projects completed by the company in Libya. The company has also played a prominent role in post-conflict reconstruction projects, reflecting a high level of professionalism, extensive technical expertise, and a strong commitment to executing all works in accordance with the highest engineering and quality standards. Al Badri Mosque is considered one of the most significant religious and historical landmarks in Benghazi. Recently, the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund inaugurated the upgrading and rehabilitation works of the mosque’s internal and external facilities, including structural enhancements and service improvements, ensuring greater comfort for worshippers and visitors while preserving the mosque’s architectural and historical character.
