The project is a partnership with the Moroccan company Clemsey, the Arab Contractors implementing all civil works.

The scope of work: 
a new electricity distribution station for Rabat, designed to meet the energy needs of the surrounding neighborhoods, in line with the city's population growth. The
project area is 15,000 m², with buildings covering 3,200 m², consisting of:

·  Industrial building
·  HTA building
·  Guardian building
·  The landscape work
