Dr. Assem El Gazzar – Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, visited the Beach Towers area as part of an expanded tour to follow up on various projects in New Alamein City, to follow up on the work progress.
The Minister was accompanied by Eng. Abdel Motaleb Mamdouh - Vice Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority for the City and Development Sector, Eng. Kamal Bahagat - Assistant Vice Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority for the City and Development Sector, Eng. Amin Ghoneim - Vice Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority for Commercial and Real Estate Affairs, and Eng. Ahmed Ibrahim - Head of New Alamein City Authority.
The minister and his companions were received in the towers area by Eng. Ahmed El Assar – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Hossam El Din El Rify – Senior Vice Chairman, Eng. Ayman Attia and Eng. Hassan Moustafa – AC Board Members, Eng. Osama Shawqat and Engineer Mahmoud El Sharnoubi – AC Executive Board Member, Eng. Yasser Hamouda - Project Managing Director, and Eng. Nada Atef – Manager of Alexandria Branch.
It is noteworthy that the facade finishing of 15 towers has been completed in parallel with the implementation of the interior finishing.
It is worth noting that the Arab Contractors Company is currently carrying out the finishing works for the towers project, which is located on plot LD08 and consists of 3 towers with a height of 162 meters. Each tower consists of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and 38 typical floors. It connects the 3 towers with the podium building, which consists of 4 common floors.
