Eng. Sayed Farouk – CEO & President of the Arab Contractors Company inspected the bridge and tunnel at the intersection of El Wahat Road with the Ring Road which represents a part of the development projects of El Wahat Main Road in 6th of October City; which is executed under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities. This was in the presence of Eng. Emam Afify – Senior Vice Chairman, Eng.Tarek Sakr ang Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk – Board Members. The Chairman pointed out that the project has a great importance in linking the Ring Road with El Wahat Road. It will facilitate the traffic and provide safety for the drivers. He was reported about the executive status of the two projects, discussed the time schedule with the officials and all the details of the ongoing works and the required means to accomplish works according to the best quality. The tunnel is 800m length serving the comer from El Wahat Road heading to the Ring Road. The bridge is 800m length and serves the comer from the Ring Road heading to El Wahat/El Fayoum Road. He was accompanied by Eng. Hassan Moustafa – Head of Bridges and Foundation Sector, Eng. Yasser Abdel Aal – Head of Roads Sector, Eng. Tarek Khedr – Head of Construction Sector, Eng. Ihab Gamal – Project Managing Director, Eng. Mohamed Amin – Manager of Internal Roads Dept., Eng. Aly Abdel Samd – Manager of Civil Works Dept. and Eng. Hany Zaki – Deputy Manager of Bridges and Specialized Structures.
