Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman & CEO inspected the different projects in New El Alamein City among them the project of the Armed Forces Hotel, the Straits' bridges and the residential towers. He was accompanied by Eng. Sayed Farouk – Senior Vice Chairman, Eng. Emam Afify – Vice Chairman, Eng. Hossam El Reefy – AC Board Member and Eng. Mofida Allam – the Roads Consultant in the AC and Supervisor of the Laboratory Sector and the visit was in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Abdel Qader – Head of Alexandria Sector, Eng. Ayman Attia – Alexandria Branch Manager, Eng. Yousry Abdel Razeq and Eng. Ayman Sarhan – Deputy Branch Manager, Eng. Yasser Hamouda – the Project Manager and Eng. Mohammed Fouda – Manager of Tunnels and Slipforms Department. Eng. Yasser Hamouda – the Project Manager of New El Alamein City declared that the bridges no. 1, 3 and 4 were accomplished. The execution ratio for bridge no. 2 reached 30%. Regarding the 3 residential towers, the foundation works were finished and the concrete pouring of 4 floors in the eastern tower as well. Concerning the western tower the foundation works and the concrete pouring of 3 floors were accomplished, the foundation works for the middle tower is ongoing. Eng. Hamouda stated that the concrete structure for the Armed Forces Hotel will be implemented by the end of this year and the building works are ongoing.
