It is one of two identical floating hotels built under the supervision of the international maritime supervision body, Lloyd's Register. It is one of the global tourist and investment destinations for floating hotels on the Nile River. The design and implementation were carried out to keep pace with the latest energy-saving and eco-friendly shipbuilding technology in accordance with the requirements of the Egyptian River Navigation Authority.
