Eng. Ahmed El Assar - Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company welcomed Eng. Belqasim Khalifa Haftar - Director General of the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund, during his current visit to Cairo. The Chairman cordially welcomed the distinguished guest and his accompanying delegation, praising the fraternal and historic relations that bind the Egyptian and Libyan peoples.
The meeting, which was attended by the company's Board of Directors, explored ways to enhance joint cooperation in the fields of development and reconstruction, in light of the Arab Contractors Company's extensive experience and long-standing track record in executing major projects in Libya, in addition to its current presence and participation in a number of infrastructure and development projects.
Eng. Ahmed El Assar affirmed Arab Contractors Company's commitment to continuing its participation in development and reconstruction efforts in Libya, contributing its expertise and technical capabilities to the implementation of projects that serve the brotherly Libyan people, reflecting the strength of the partnership and cooperation between the two countries.
For his part, Eng. Belqasim Khalifa Haftar commended the role played by Egyptian companies, particularly the Arab Contractors, in supporting development and reconstruction plans in Libya, stressing the importance of continued cooperation in the coming phase.
