In line with the directives of Eng. Ahmed El Assar - Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, on the importance of developing the company’s human cadres and enrolling them in various training programs inside and outside the company to enhance their capabilities and develop their skills to serve national and other projects, the company, in cooperation with the German University in Cairo, organized the closing ceremony of the first phase of the joint training program to prepare second-line leaders for project and implementation managers at the company. The program was implemented under the supervision of Eng. Sherif Hamdy - Manager of the Arab Contractors Institute for Construction Engineering and Management Technology “ICEMT”, and Dr. Heba Adel - Deputy Manager of ICEMT.
The ceremony, held at the German University in Cairo, witnessed the distribution of certificates for the joint training diploma between the Arab Contractors Institute for Construction Engineering and Management Technology and the German University, specifically designed for project managers and construction managers at the Arab Contractors Company, in the specializations of (civil, architecture, electricity, and mechanics). The ceremony was attended by Dr. Heba Adel and Dr. Mohamed Taha Abdel Hadi - Manager of the Continuing Education Center at the German University in Cairo.
It's worth noting that the first phase of the program included 90 hours of intensive training focused on project management, team leadership, and executive leadership skills for participating engineers.
