The plant operates with an automated drying system, which increases operational efficiency and ensures consistent production quality. It's worth noting that the project represents an added value to local products, providing direct job opportunities for professionals and skilled workers in the construction sector, in addition to transferring knowledge and enhancing reliance on national competencies in the management and operation of production lines. The plant represents a qualitative addition to the construction sector in the Sultanate of Oman, due to its reliance on advanced technologies in the production of precast concrete elements, which enables the completion of residential units to be accelerated by up to 40% compared to traditional methods. This plant is the first of its kind in the Sultanate of Oman and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in terms of size and production capacity. Actual production has begun, with plans to implement several expansion phases by the end of this year.
