MoU between the Chadian Ministry of Infrastructure and Arab Contractors to cooperate in Training Field ..The Chadian Minister visits the New Administrative Capital Projects

Eng. Ahmed El Assar – Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company and Mr. Amir Idriss – Chadian Minister of Infrastructure, Disenclavement and Road Maintenance signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance cooperation in the field of training and vocational qualification through the Institute for Construction Engineering and Management Technologies “ICEMT” of the Arab Contractors Company. The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Heba Abu Elela – Vice Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Mohammed El Qiaay - Supervisor of the Arab Contractors Company in Chad and Eng. Sherif Hamdy – Manager of the Institute for Construction Engineering and Management Technologies Following the signing, both sides confirmed that this cooperation reflects the strength of bilateral relations and comes within the framework of the constant keenness to develop human capabilities in Chad. Cooperation with Chad extends over a long period during which many projects have been completed in the sister country. The institute has also previously conducted successful experiments in training and qualifying human cadres. On the other hand, and within the framework of the Chadian delegation's official visit, the Chadian Minister and his companions conducted a field tour to visit a number of projects which the Arab Contractors Company implemented and participated in, including Adly Mansour Interchange Station, in addition to a visit to the New Administrative Capital, where the delegation inspected the New Parliament Building and the Islamic Cultural Center. The delegation was briefed on the latest developments in construction and urban development technologies in Egypt, and expressed their admiration for the pioneering Egyptian experience.
