Arab Contractors participates in the annual international conference of the Faculty of African Post Graduate Studies under the auspices of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

The Arab Contractors participated in the annual scientific conference of the Faculty of African Post Graduate Studies at Cairo University, held under the auspices of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research from 25 to 26 May 2025, under the title “Investment in Africa: Entrepreneurial Opportunities and Challenges of Regional and International Competition,” coinciding with Africa Day celebrations. The event was attended by Professor Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadek - President of Cairo University, and Professor Dr. Attia El Tantawy - Dean of the Faculty of African Post Graduate Studies at Cairo University. The Arab Contractors Company participated in the conference. This was in the presence of Eng. Hassan Ibrahim – Board Member of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Amani Khodeir - Head of Africa Sector, and Eng. Hadeer Ashraf - Business Development Department. In his speech, Eng. Hassan Ibrahim – Board Member of the Arab Contractors Company, stated that the company has a prominent role in deepening and strengthening relations with its brothers in the African continent, enhanced by the Egyptian government and the support of the wise political leadership. He pointed out that the company has a strong presence and is dispensed in the African countries, as well as the implementation of many important strategic and development projects, most notably Julius Nyerere Hydropower Plant and Dam in Tanzania. It is a distinguished model of cooperation in clean energy projects. Besides, the company is currently implementing the strategic road between Egypt, Libya and Chad; in addition to these the Arab Contractors Company is executing Mohéli Port in Comoros, one of the most important strategic projects that enhance maritime and commercial connectivity. He added that the company has Influential social role represented by the various initiatives to train African students at its training institute.
