El-Assar inspects Al Nuwaiseeb Road development project in Kuwait 

Within the framework of following up on the company’s projects abroad, Eng. Ahmed El Assar – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, visited Kuwait, accompanied by Dr. Onsy Elbeshouty – AC Board Member, where a meeting was held at the headquarters of Kuwait Arab Contractors Company in the presence of the partner and Eng. Reda Rabiaa – CEO of the Kuwait Arab Contractors Company. The ongoing projects were presented, and the implementation status and the company’s plan for the next stage were discussed. During the visit, the Al Nuwaiseeb Road Development Project was inspected in the presence of Eng. Mohammed El Dakrouri - Vice Chairman of Kuwait Arab Contractors Company, and Eng. Khaled Sami -Project Manager, who explained that the project is one of the pillars of the development plan in the road development field to solve the problem of congestion in Kuwait and aims to develop the movement of the southern border roads, provide bypass traffic with flyover bridges and highway specifications, and provide entrances and exits on the road to serve population expansion there. It is 37 km long, and includes 6 lanes and 9 intersections, a multi-storey, an overhead bypass bridge with two lanes, and all bridges along the main path and slopes include an additional lane in each direction, which allows for the possibility of developing the road in the future, in addition to 4 bridges for crossing camels, plantings, and the transformation and protection of services, including water, wastewater, and rainwater networks.? The Chairman met with the company’s workers in Kuwait branch, where he was received by Eng. Awny Tawfik – Kuwait Branch Manager. The branch’s plan and available opportunities were discussed, and they are under study. The Chairman pointed out that the Kuwaiti market represents great importance to the company as it is one of the first markets where the company operates abroad and has been able to implement many giant projects there.?
