Eng. Sayed Farouk – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company visited the Development of Maspero Triangle project. It is implemented by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities. It is one of the ongoing development projects in Cairo governorate which is according to the directions of the political leadership that Cairo should be restored to its civilizational status and empowered to play its historical and cultural role. The Chairman inspected the project which is implemented by the company. It consists of a whole tower includes 5 buildings with total value 611 million EGP. The project is consisting of 3 floors which is a podium includes the garage with total area 7085m2, the ground floor (commercial) with total area 6640m2, the first floor (elevated garage) with total area 6440m2 and 18 typical floors with total area 2800m2. Eng. Sayed Farouk was accompanied by Eng. Mohamed Elwi – Head of Helwan and Distinguished Buildings Sector, Eng. Khaled Rayan – Manager of Distinguished Buildings Department and Eng. Samer Moukhtar – Projects Manager at the Department.
