On the sidelines of attending the 34th session of the Council of Arab Transport Ministers, which was held at the headquarters of the League of Arab States; the Mauritanian Minister of Equipment and Transport - Mr. Mohamedou Ahmedou Mhaimid visited some of the major transport projects in Egypt which is implemented by the Ministry of Transport.
He visited one of the stations of Cairo Metro Line 4 which is carried out by the Arab Contractors Company. Besides, the Mauritanian Minister inspected 6th October Monorail project that he was reported about the project route and its importance for linking with High Speed Train, as well as Cairo Metro Line 3. The Minister also watched the various ongoing works in the project.
At the end of the tour, the Mauritanian Minister expressed his deep admiration for what was going on in Egypt and praised the large-scale projects of the Arab contractors Company and its considerable human experience, capable of implementing projects of this magnitude.
The Mauritanian Minister expressed his desire to have the AC Company in Mauritania to implement more projects, such as the road projects it implemented before.
