President of the Arab Contractors Company meets with President of Mansoura University…Cooperation Protocol between Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University and Arab Contractors Company

Prof. Ashraf Abdel Basset -President of Mansoura University welcomed Eng. Sayed Farouk – CEO & President of the Arab Contractors Company. The projects that will be executed by the company inside the campus of the university were presented such as: establishing the special medical educational building at the Faculty of Medicine which is consists of basement, ground floor and 8 floors with a total area of 1400m2 of each flhoor. Besides, the construction of 3 medical centers in fields of obstetrics and gynecology, brain, nerves and bones with 750 beds and consist of basement, ground floor and 8 floors with area of 7200 m2 of each floor. President of Mansoura University stressed on the importance of establishing these medical centers which add value to Mansoura University as well as the importance of offering more medical and educational services. President of the Arab Contractors Company emphasized on the priority of medical centers and buildings as one of the projects that the company is implementing to support the government's efforts to expand the construction of specialized medical centers. Both President of Mansoura University and President of the Arab Contractors Company agreed on working on the projects to finalize them on the deadline. During the visit, the mutual cooperation protocol between Mansoura University and the Arab Contractors Company, it was signed by Prof. Mohamed Abdel Azeem, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Eng. Sayed Farouk – CEO & President of the Arab Contractors Company. The protocol include the cooperation in the training fields, use of state of the art laboratory devices, conducting mutual scientific researches in the building and construction fields with all its types, use the service and research laboratories of both parties to conduct mutual tests to access new ideas and innovations in the engineering field, working in accordance with the latest standards and local and global codes, especially in the paving field with its types, providing training programs and specialized courses about construction in various specializations (concrete methods – soil mechanics and foundation), training the faculty's students at the various company's sites all over Egypt, participating and cooperating in the local and international research conferences to acknowledge the updates in the fields of the mutual cooperation. The attendees were Prof. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Hegazy - Executive Director of the University's Hospitals and Specialized Medical Centers, Eng. Mofida Allam - Supervisor of Laboratories and Development Sector at the Arab Contractors Company, Prof. Sherif Badawy – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering for Postgraduate Studies, Researches and Cultural Relations, Eng. Ramzy Mostafa - Head of Delta Sector, Eng. Ashraf Ezzat - Manager of North Delta Branch and Eng. Magdy Allian - Manager of the Construction Projects at North Delta Branch.
