Justice Minister Omar Marwan, Prosecutor General Hamada el Sawy, Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal, Grand Mufti of Egypt Shawki Allam and Head of Egypt's State Lawsuits Authority (SLA) Abu Bakr El Sediq Amer inaugurated the new premise of the State Lawsuits Authority (SLA) in New Cairo. This was in the presence of the heads of judicial bodies, Eng. Sayed Farouk – President & CEO of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Emam Afify – Vice President, Eng. Hossam El Nozahy – Head of Greater Cairo Sector, Eng. Mohamed Lasheen – Algeria Branch Manager and Former Cairo Branch Manager, Eng. Ahmed Mahmoud – Cairo Branch Manager and Eng. Walid Fayad – Deputy Branch Manager and Porject Supervisor. Eng. Walid decalred that the building is built upon 5775m2 with a total cost 150 million EGP. It consists of a basement used as a garage, a ground floor, 3 typical floors (2793m2) in addition to the roof. He pointed out that Cairo Branch implemented the finishing and concrete works (buildings – painting – ceramic – marble and granite – hanging ceils – wood cladding – glass bricks - metal works – firefighting doors – bathrooms cubicles – aluminum works – curtains – gypsum board - cement board – signs – landscape). Cairo Branch executed the electromechanical works which includes 2 transformers 1 MVA, electricity generator, water feeding pumps, solar heaters, 8 elevators with varied loads, air conditioning, light current systems (cameras – fire alarm – sound – central satellite), fire extinguishing by water, electricity and diesel, and firefighting systems by clean gas, CO2 for electricity chambers and foam for generators and pumps…in addition to the sanitary works.
