President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued decree no. 556 of 2020 on reforming AC's Board of Directors; this is based on what Dr. Assem El Gazar – Minister of Housing has presented. The new board includes: Eng. Sayed Farook – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Ahmed El Assar – Senior Vice Chairman, Eng. Emam Afify and Mr. Hossam Imam – Vice Chairmen; Board Members: Dr. Mohamed Onsi El Beshouty, Eng. Eman Soliman, Eng. Tarek Sakr, Eng. Hossam El Din El Reefy, Dr. Mohamed Youssef, Eng. Ahmed Abbass, Eng. Osama Moustafa, Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk, Mr. Mohamed El-Etreby, Eng. Khaled Abbass and Mr. Hisham Okasha.
Eng. Sayed Farook – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company expressed his thanks and appreciation to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for his precious confidence. He thanked Dr. Moustafa Madbouli – Prime Minister and Dr. Assem El Gazar – Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities for their continuous support for the company.
On the other hand, Eng. Sayed Farook, who was the Senior Vice Chairman of the Company, thanked and appreciated Eng. Mohsen Salah, the former Chairman for his great effort provided throughout his tenure in the company, especially during his chairmanship since 2013. That period witnessed an increase in business volume and implementation of many giant national projects. Eng. Sayed Farook pledged to continue the procession of the Arab Contractors Company to remain the governmental arm in building and construction industry.
