During his visit to Uganda, Eng. Mohsen Salah inspects the roads projects implemented by the Arab Contractors

Eng. Mohsen Salah - Chairman and CEO of the Arab Contractors Company continued the inspection of the roads projects in Pallisa town in Uganda. He was accompanied by Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk – Head of Africa Sector, Mr. Emad Ebeid – Supervisor of the Financial Sector, Eng. Mohammed Tolba – Managing Director for the Ugandan Arab Contractors Company and Eng. Salah Radwan – General Manager of the Company. It is a noteworthy that the Ugandan Arab Contractors Company is carrying out roads projects with a total value 190 million US$, with total length 152km. It is comprising asphalt roads with 11m width, in addition to the industrial works and bridges for rain and flood drain. Regarding Pallisa’s projects, 40% of lot no. 1 was delivered and 45% of lot no. 2 will be handed over to the Ugandan Roads Authority. It is for the first time in Uganda that a phased handover is done for complete sections before the defined time schedule, as stated by the Ugandan Roads Authority. The Ugandan Arab Contractors Company won for two successive years the award of the best contracting company in Uganda due to the quality standards and being committed to the defined time schedule. The visit was attended by Mr. Ahmed Hassany – Financial Manager of the Company, Eng. Hisham Abdou – Project Manager of Lot no. 2, Eng. Mohamed Afifi – Project Manager of Lot no. 1 and Eng. Moustafa El Sakka – Manager of Masaka Project.
