This was in the presence of Dr. Nehal Balbaa – Deputy Governor, Eng. Hazem Al Ashmony – General Secretariat of the Governorate, Major Gen. Ahmed Marzouk – Head of Kafr El Dawar Center and City, Eng. Tarek Khedr – Head of the Construction Sector and Specialized Works in the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Taha Diab – Manager of Monument Restoration Department which implemented the works, Eng. Taher El Sherief – Manager of Alexandria Region and Eng. Sherief El Meligy - the Project Manager who declared that the Social Housing Project in Kafr El Dawar is built upon 8 feddans. It includes the construction of 30 residential buildings consists of a basement, 5 typical floors with a total of 716 complete finished housing units, 15 shops with value of 90 million EGP. Alexandria Branch implemented water, wastewater and roads networks in the project worth 40 million EGP.
